This hair-do I have seen in a lot of different versions, I saw it on a little girl at the store and on a couple of different web sites, so I thought I'd do my own version and give it a try.
First I parted the front section from ear to ear. And part it down the middle.
Then I parted 8 sections, and did the flips towards the back of them.
After that I parted the rest of the hair down the middle. When you try this you should probably just start with parting the whole thing in the middle but this was the first time I did this so I didn't have all the quirks figured out.
I then left out the ponytails from the flips out to weave. I took the top two flips and split them in half and left the two half ponytails out and twisted the rest and added them to a pig tail on the opposite side.
With all the other ponytails I twisted them and weaved them in and out opposite of each other to make a basket look.
I thought it looked really cute like that but I only had one flower to match her outfit so I put the pigtails together to make one ponytail and added the flower.

Front view.
Tip: Work with the hair REALLY WET!! I didn't and I think if I had it would've made it a lot easier and less fly awayish. Also I think it would be cute to make the weave part smaller (if your in a hurry), like only have 5 or 6 flips to work with, I don't know I'll have to try it and see how it works.
If you try it let me know how it worked for you!
Um, LOVE this one! I'm so excited to try it in Lucy's hair tomorrow! Keep thenm coming Tracie, I'm in a hair rut, and am loving these fresh ideas.
